Step 5: Structural Integrity & Framing

For projects involving layout changes—such as removing walls or adding extensions—our structural team steps in. We install necessary beams, headers, and framing. This is where the skeleton of your new space takes shape, ensuring it is square, level, and built to last.

Step 6: Rough-ins (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

Before the walls are closed, we install the “vitals.” Our licensed tradespeople run new electrical circuits, plumbing lines, and HVAC ductwork. This stage concludes with a “rough-in inspection” by local authorities to verify that everything behind the walls is up to code.
